The Central Florida industrial market saw a slower start to 2019 with approximately 110,631 square feet of net absorption, down from 693,000 square feet the prior quarter. Even so, market vacancy continues to hover at or below 5%, with the majority of Orlando’s submarkets posting a 4% vacancy rate or less.
